Every partnership is application-based and value-aligned. I look at fit with my audience of medical professionals and researchers, the quality and usefulness of the tool, and whether I would genuinely recommend it. Tools I cannot honestly use or recommend, I decline.
No. The flat fee covers the marketing effort and the access. You keep 100% of conversions, signups, and revenue from your codes or links. I am paid for the marketing effort, visibility, credibility, and access, not for the conversions themselves.
No. I guarantee the marketing effort, the placement, the access, and the warm relationships. The 6 and 12-Month Strategic tiers include click-volume performance guarantees: if those thresholds are not met, your partnership is extended at no additional cost. Conversion outcomes themselves depend on your product, offer, and trial experience.
Most partners start with a Single Placement or 3-Month Standard to test fit. The 6-Month Strategic is best for tools with stable annual plans, good retention, and proven trial-to-paid conversion. Your Research Connect is reserved for partners I have personally tested over several months of active strategic partnership.
I will not partner with tools that encourage academic dishonesty (plagiarism, ghost-writing-as-a-service), tools that do not work as described or have not been tested by me, or tools whose messaging conflicts with the values of my audience. Every tool I partner with at any recurring tier is tested by me first.
Within the 12-Month Strategic Partnership and Your Research Connect continuations, partners can request category-level non-compete clauses for the partnership duration. Single Placement, 3-Month, and 6-Month Strategic are non-exclusive but I never place direct competitors within 2 days of your slot.
Monthly invoicing by default. Annual payment is available on the 12-Month Strategic at a 5% discount on the total annual investment. Your Research Connect introduction fees are invoiced upfront per group introduction. Course Inclusion is invoiced as a one-off.
Nothing changes for you. The prices and terms in place when you signed are locked in for the full duration of your contract. Quarterly reviews only affect new partnerships starting after that date.
Yes. Mutual Collaboration and sponsored partnership are different relationships: one is value exchange, the other is paid placement. You can move from Mutual Collaboration into a paid tier when the fit strengthens.
First reply within 5 working days. For paid partnerships, expect a short exchange to give me access to your tool so I can explore it in depth. If it is a strong fit, we move to partnership agreement. If it is not, I will let you know honestly and you can apply again as your product evolves.
